1. Company Overview

A Parkhill Trading Ltd provides high-quality timber products (Bamboo, Mahogany, Narra) and professional catering services throughout the UK.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Full payment is required before dispatch or event delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Deliveries

• Timber: Delivered via our trusted logistics partners. Delivery times vary based on product and location.
• Catering: Must be booked at least 48–72 hours in advance, depending on event size.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Timber: Returns are accepted within 14 days for defective or incorrect products.
• Catering: Full refund for cancellations made 72+ hours in advance. Partial or no refund if cancelled with less notice.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect losses or delays due to external factors (e.g. transport disruption, natural events). Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
